Time once again to thank all our sponsors for making this year's Veterans Appreciation Day such a success, and for supporting us in our mission to bring about a wellness facility that serves our Veterans and the community at large.

With the 5th Annual Veterans Appreciation Day in the rear view mirror, we look back on October 3rd with gratitude, first for the weather that gave us a gorgeous fall day, the people that attended including our beloved Veterans, and for our sponsors who made it all possible! Thank you also to The Sole Woman - Heart and Soul Holistic Healing Center, Barbara Strassman, for donating her time for some individual relaxation techniques through Reflexology, and also to Roberto Santana, our wonderful photographer, who took all the following pics.
We're already planning for the next VAD!!

What a delightful Mindful Morning with Susan Novick! Movement, a silent nature walk, haiku writing and a tea ceremony. Thank you for joining us on this magical day! This is the last one of the season at Smith Farm but reach out to Sue because she has a few more this year!

Behind every person who finds help is someone who showed up to offer it. Christine Loeber was one of those people, always. This World Mental Health Day, Christine M Loeber Foundation honors her memory and calls for greater resources and respect for the social workers and clinicians who carry our communities' mental health care.

Please join us on Wednesday, October 14th, from 10:30 til noon at Smith Farm for Sue Novick's popular class, "Mindful Mornings" you won't want to miss. This will be the final class this year so be sure to sign up soon! To register, email us at [email protected], or register online at smithfarmheals.org/donate and indicate “Mindful Mornings”
