Sometimes I wish my heart didn’t love animals quite this much… because big love means big heartache.

These memorial placards arrived this week in honor of our rescue seniors, Hollywood and Cricket — but they were never “just rescues.”

They became family. And we loved them.

And if you didn’t know…
Horses that are truly loved never leave this earth with an intact tail. ❤️

One positive about the winter weather we’ve had this past week is how much she’s looked forward to our mash visits. Now she’s a completely different horse — following you around and demanding attention. 🥰 ……. And breakfast.

We did it!!! He is safe and has a home. Thank you all!

We were contacted about this super cute mule that is in desperate need of a home! 2 years old does great with equine not so great with sheep and goats. Not exactly sure how tall but probably closer to standard size. Please share and help us find this cutie a home! Lower 🥕🥕🥕
