Our Story
Partners In Care Upper Shore is a non-profit 501(c)(3) and has been serving it’s local seniors for over 10 years. Currently, we serve both Talbot and Caroline counties. We offer no-cost services such as: transportation, small home repairs, and a meaningful social network of support. Monthly, we host low vision meetings for our members, where they are presented with life skills and alternatives that encourage independence. All of these services are in place to support older adults.
