As the night calms after the headline sets, before the Drum n' Breakfast, there will be a couple of late-night presentations to keep the flame burning. One of these sets will take place around a campfire with Jason Nestanesta

If the internet were to disappear today, Jason Nesta would have a song catalogue in his head large enough to replenish a significant percentage of the loss. This singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist/environmentalist has developed a reputation for his enchanting, melodic vocals, and emotionally-aware, nature inspired lyrics. Jason is versatile in the energy he delivers, a late night favorite in and around the Philly folk scene, leading groups known for marathon sets driven by his expansive repertoire of material ranging from folk, rock, funk, and more. Jason Nesta has performed & created across the country and beyond, channeling his passion for the Earth with every strum.

Opal's method of combining many different organic, live and technological elements to produce a fluid composition beautifully represents the creative spirit of this multi-genre collection of original tracks. 'Sunday' is a groovy trip-hop infused instrumental containing a thumping bass line, soulful brass samples, playful vocal ad libs, & lush, atmospheric textures.
