🎓 Celebrating Our Graduates! 🎉

Last week, we were incredibly proud to celebrate a major milestone for five amazing young people.

This year we had four high school graduates and one eighth-grade graduate! Their hard work, determination, and perseverance have brought them to this moment, and we couldn't be more excited to celebrate their achievements.

Summer Program is Off to a Great Start!

The youth are already making the most of summer with trips to the bowling alley, local car shows, and plenty of arts and crafts activities!

Summer is a special time at The Children's Home because it's when kids get to simply be kids—exploring, creating, learning, and making lasting memories.

We have an exciting summer planned, including:

We are incredibly proud to celebrate one of our youth residents who recently competed at the Special Olympics Pennsylvania Summer Games and brought home multiple gold medals!

While the medals are certainly worth celebrating, we are even more proud of the dedication, perseverance, confidence, and sportsmanship this young athlete demonstrated throughout the competition.

Team HAT is at it again! 💙

We just love this group. Hannah and the crew recently held a summer donation drive to benefit the youth at The Children’s Home, and they certainly delivered!

From slip n’ slides and water balloons to arts & crafts supplies, games, and so much more, their generosity is helping us gear up for an unforgettable summer. ☀️

Yesterday we were proud to partner with Center for Humanistic Change for a lesson on social media!

Topics included recognizing the differences between real life and AI-generated content, what to do if you've been targeted online, how to protect your location and personal information, and ways to practice safe and responsible social media use.

These conversations are incredibly important as young people navigate an increasingly digital world. We are grateful for the opportunity to provide our youth with the knowledge and tools they need to stay safe online.🩵
