Active shooter calls are among the most difficult incidents a 9-1-1 dispatcher can handle. We’re incredibly proud of the dispatchers who worked that evening. Their professionalism, calm under pressure, and teamwork helped lead to the successful apprehension of those responsible. Outstanding work!
