Today, our digital feature article in USA TODAY took front-page placement in the USA Today printed version. Ready to lead with purpose?

Talbot Hospice is seeking an experienced Hospice Clinical Team Lead to help guide our clinical team and ensure exceptional care for patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight of hospice services
• Supervise and support clinical staff through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
• Coordinate patient referrals, admissions, and intake operations
• Facilitate interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings and promote collaboration across disciplines
• Monitor quality measures, patient outcomes, and regulatory compliance
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff, patients, families, referral sources, and community partners

Qualifications:
• Current RN license in Maryland
• Hospice or home care experience required
• At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team-building skills

A glimpse into a Thursday afternoon at Talbot Hospice 💙

While every day looks a little different, our mission remains the same. Today, that meant music filling the halls at Hospice House thanks to one of our wonderful music therapy volunteers, meals being lovingly prepared for patients and families, and staff participating in competency training to ensure we continue providing the highest quality care.

It takes many hands and hearts working together to support our community, and we are grateful for each one.
