Mission Statement: We offer hope and compassionate support to those facing life-limiting, serious and end-of-life illnesses. We support people in our community who are facing end-of-life and life-limiting illnesses. We offer bereavement services to all in the community regardless of whether you died on our services. We raise over $1,000,000 each year to care for those that can't afford our services and for our bereavement program which is offered to everyone free of charge.

Advance Healthcare Planning. This completely free informational session is designed to help you better understand your options for advance healthcare planning and assist you in completing your Maryland Advance Directive and Five Wishes paperwork.

Sessions are offered on the second Thursday of every month and provide individualized, one-on-one guidance in a private 30-minute appointment. Whether you are beginning the process for the first time or updating existing documents, our team is here to help answer questions and ensure your wishes are clearly documented.

We are so grateful to everyone who attended, asked thoughtful questions, and helped create such an engaging discussion. Lisa is available to speak to community groups, organizations, senior living communities, churches, and more on topics related to hospice, palliative care, advance care planning, and supportive care services.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. At Talbot Hospice, it is a privilege to care for and recognize the veterans in our community whose courage and sacrifice will never be forgotten.
