Hello to our new followers! Thank you for your interest in our organization! Vance Scott and Melissa Scott are the sole members of all of the Approved Family of companies. We are both from a small town and modest beginnings. We both also share a strong commitment to help others. When we opened our companies together in 2011, local charity was a pillar of our business model. Our Foundation was formally created as a nonprofit in 2021 and has always been solely funded by profits from our companies, Approved Mortgage Source,LLC and Veterans Approved Title, LLC both are licensed in Florida and Georgia. When you support our companies or give to our Foundation you also support:
Veterans and Active Military Families
Aged out foster children
Children of the working poor
Animal causes
Drug rehabilitation programs
School supplies
Backpacks
Service animal training
Christmas for the less fortunate
School clothes for teens
And many other LOCAL ONLY causes and families. We do our due diligence to make sure our money isn’t wasted and that it goes towards the intended purpose. Please consider donating to our cause or when you are in need of a mortgage or other real estate transaction, please consider supporting our company and your community. Please follow our page for the “umbrella” nonprofit that our TNR and cat program was a branch of.

We started this foundation officially in 2021, however for over a decade my husband and I, with the sole funding from our multiple companies have donated to many charities and events mainly focused on Veterans and their families and underprivileged children and foster children, through providing Christmas presents and Thanksgiving dinners, as well as school clothes and other household needs.

We will still support animal causes but will return to focusing on the other aspects of the foundation more.

Since I will most likely be archiving the other groups, you can still follow us on this page. We may delve into more fundraising in the future rather than just self funding but we will see.

It is very important to my family to give back. Not because we have but because we have been have nots.

We hope to see you on this page! There is much more work to do!
