Celebrating 4 Years of LTC West!

Today marks four years since LTC West officially opened its doors, and what a journey it has been.

Over these four years, our center has become a place of support, understanding, connection, and hope for families whose lives have been affected by substance use and loss. We have shared tears, laughter, memories, stories, and so many moments of strength with one another.

We are incredibly grateful for every person who has walked through our doors, joined a meeting, attended an event, volunteered, shared their story, or simply showed up for someone who needed to know they are never alone.

Together, we have created a place where people can come as they are, find understanding, and know they are part of a family that cares. 💜

Here’s to four years of connection, compassion, and hope — and to many more to come! 🥂💜

On August 19th, we had the pleasure of welcoming Grammy award-winning, singer, songwriter and multi instrumentalist Jon Carroll to LTC West for a wonderful evening of live music.

Our evening began with a special performance by our very own Peter Babineau who entertained us with his musical talents.

Jon, a founding member of Starland Vocal Band and co-creator of the chart topping hit “Afternoon Delight”, then shared his incredible talent with us, creating a memorable evening filled with beautiful music.

We are grateful to both Peter and Jon for sharing their musical gifts and to everyone who joined us and made the evening so special!

On Monday, August 17th, we gathered at Pleasant Green Park in Easthampton for the Overdose Awareness Candlelight Vigil.

We came together to honor the lives of those we have lost, to speak their names, share their memories, and remind one another that they will never be forgotten.

Thank you to everyone who came, shared, supported, and helped make the evening so meaningful. To every family carrying this loss, please know you are not alone. 💜

Forever remembered. Forever loved. Forever missed. 🕊️
