Thanks to all of Jackson’s friends, especially the EUCB family, for filling in for Jackson with all the birthday notes! I spent my birthday visiting friends in Lake Tahoe, where the Yelle family began. Fun Fact: Scott and i got married on this island in Emerald Bay, and the rest is history. Including one of my favorite memories attending EUCB Family Weekend with Team Wilf! I am little sad that the last class that knew Jackson will be graduating this year, but hoping to visit the campus again and meet all the new EUCB members! Jackson’s community has been a blessing. I hope you are all living your best lives ~Andrea

Happy birthday catch tonight on our balcony overlooking the harbor while sail boats go by. We had a nice day in a hotel vs our camper van. Perfect weather for being stuck here for another day. Looking forward to all the games of catch from everyone! Thanks for helping to keep JT’s memory alive!

Grief changes you. It is not a wound that heals with time - it becomes a part of who you are. Losing a son is a loss that doesn’t have words. It’s a silence in the moments that used to be filled with laughter. It’s the ache that sits in your chest when you see his favorite color, hear his song, or catch yourself saying his name under your breath. Some days you find strength in the memories. Other days, just breathing feels like work. But even in the pain, there is love -endless, unbreakable love. Because grief is love with nowhere to go. If you’ve lost a child, you are not alone. Your love for them still matters. Your story still matters. You still matter. .

We are still on cloud nine this morning as we unpack and work on the paperwork from yesterday’s Dragonfly Open. I share these two photos that one of our players took. The first is a dragonfly on his golf cart on his first hole and the second is a golf ball he found on the course! We wish JT was here in a physical sense but he was with us all in a spiritual sense yesterday. Thank you again to all the players, the volunteers, the Team at the Captains golf course and all of our sponsors! More to come! A special thank you to our tournament director Mark Welcome.

Epic day at our second Dragonfly Open! And yes, we saw Dragonfly’s!!! Thank you to all who came out today for the perfect weather and fun times!!! Thank you to all our sponsors and volunteers! We couldn’t do it without you! Save the date for October 2, 2026!!!!

Tomorrow is the big day! Our 2nd Dragonfly Open will take place! The weather looks good with the rain stopping overnight and temps in the low 70’s! We have a sold out event and we are excited to see everyone tomorrow to celebrate the life of Jackson and raise money for the Jackson Yelle Foundation!
