The East Windsor Police Cadet Program wouldn’t be where it is today without the vision of Deputy Chief Murphy. What started as an idea has grown into a program that develops young leaders, builds strong community relationships, and inspires the next generation of public servants.

Day 1 of the Cadet Police Academy is officially underway!

This year, we’re proud to have two returning cadets continuing their leadership journey alongside two first-year cadets beginning theirs. We can’t wait to see what this week has in store for all of them!

Congratulations to Cadet Green-Salmon and Cadet Deleon on an outstanding performance at Stations Day! This one-day event tests youth cadets from across the Northeast in various law enforcement scenarios.

Your hard work, teamwork, and dedication paid off with a 1st Place finish in Robbery Response and 3rd Place in Building Clearing.

Competing against strong teams and performing at such a high level is an incredible accomplishment, and we are proud to see you represent the program with professionalism and determination.

The East Windsor Police Cadets are hosting a Bottle & Can Drive to support training, equipment, and community programs.

We are collecting redeemable bottles and cans. Your donations directly support the cadet program and help us continue building leadership, discipline, and community involvement.

🚨🍽️ TIP-A-COP for a GREAT cause! 🍽️🚨

Join us on Tuesday, April 28th from 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM at Maine Fish Market Restaurant for a special Tip-A-Cop event benefiting Special Olympics Connecticut!

👮‍♂️ Officers from the East Windsor Police Department will be stepping out of their cruisers and into the restaurant—serving meals, greeting guests, and working alongside staff for the night.

💙 Here’s how you can help:
All tips collected during the event will go directly to support athletes of all abilities through Special Olympics Connecticut.
