Today we are happy to announce that we have been awarded a grant from the Confluence Health and Wenatchee Valley Medical Group Community Health Partnership Fund managed by the Confluence Health Foundation. This grant is co-funded by the two groups to provide community support to organizations and causes in Chelan, Douglas, Grant, and Okanogan counties that enhance not only health and wellness directly, but also projects that work to address the social determinants of health. This past summer we submitted our application to the Confluence Health and Wenatchee Valley Medical Group Community Health Partnership Fund Committee for At-Risk and Homeless Teens in Need - 2026 and we are happy to report that we received a grant to support this work! We want to thank our partners at Confluence Health, the Wenatchee Valley Medical Group, and the Confluence Health Foundation for their support and are looking forward to all the good this grant will do. We are excited to get started and are so thankful to each of you as well for your efforts supporting this work.
