Regarding public notices sent out for the Garfield Community Plan by the Toledo Lucas County Plan Commission: This plan is a conceptual framework for the Garfield Neighborhood. It recommends changes in land-use. Nothing will be re-zoned unless further pursued by the community. This plan provides a roadmap, ideas, and tools for residents to use to better their neighborhood! It is NOT a development to be built nor involves the demolition of any property.
