Empire Multi-District PELS

Getting ALL the dates out there for our virtual sessions, which are expanded again this year. We hope you add them to your calendars now so you can join us!

What's New?
💫The kick off will give you a look ahead at everything PELS and help you make the most of the six months left before becoming a Club President before things get too busy
💫There is an orientation just before our in-person PELS weekend that will help you with what to expect when you get there, what to bring, what to wear, where to park, who you will be meeting and more
💫Our Post-PELS sessions will continue the learning and support for another couple of months, with the topics to be determined by what you tell us you still need when you leave the PELS weekend

We modify this program each year based on the feedback from attendees and the best practices happening at PELS programs across North America. We can't wait to see your faces in the squares on our zooms!

Survey feedback tells us that networking and socializing is some of the most beneficial exchanging of ideas that can happen in a PELS weekend. Sponsor those spaces to help us provide some snacks and all-day coffee, and our attendees will be forever grateful!

The more you do in the Learning Center before becoming a Club President, the more prepared you will be for whatever comes up - like needing to make changes to the bylaws!

Running a club comes with a lot of moving parts.

Rotary's Managing Club Business course can help you understand finances, bylaws, and reporting requirements so you can focus on leading your club with confidence.

Click the link below to get details and book your stay as part of our discounted room block for our Emprie MD PELS weekend, March 6-7, 2027. Rooms are available for Friday and Saturday overnights depending on your preferred arrival and departure times for our Saturday-Sunday program.

It is just $175/night (plus tax) to stay at this luxurious, historic hotel, featuring spacious guest rooms furnished with Stickley furniture. It's *at least* a 60% discount from what you would normally pay on a weekend!

Not only is this a great deal, but it's a great opportunity. Often times the best connections are made and ideas exchanged during the after hours or early morning chats in the lobby or at the coffee station. Staying on site might be necessary for some people with long commutes, but it is recommended for all to get the full PELS experience!
