Today is National Microtia & Atresia Awareness Day!!

Tomorrow is National Microtia & Atresia Awareness Day!

National Microtia and Atresia Awareness Day is meant to raise awareness about Microtia and Aural Atresia. It is also the intention to help promote public education and the hope that future generations of families will leave the hospital equipped with more answers than questions and their dreams for their child intact. Through our national awareness day, we also hope that children and adults born with Microtia and Atresia know they are not alone and that they are also beautiful and perfect in every way. It has always been the Ear Community's mission to educate on all options so each one of our children and adults can be informed and make the best decisions in life that will give them the most happiness in feeling whole. 💙👂💙

Sean was fit with his new devices by Dr. Katrina Makey at Buffalo Hearing & Speech Center in West Seneca, NY.
