That makes over 60 sweeps in PA and neighboring states our guild has trained using Rooftop Safety USA in the last 7 years. Making sure our sweeps come home at night.

2026 2nd QTR Updates

With your support, we just wrapped up our 30th-ish annual charity workshop at the Boy Scout Camp, "Resica Falls," in Region 3 (Poconos - East Stroudsburg area).

While we can never fix them all, it is estimated that we provided over 75k in severely needed chimney repairs in less than 3 days.

About 20 chimney service companies were present, with over 40 sweeps joining in for the work. Our farthest attendees came all the way from Arizona!

Truly, a lot of fun was had.

As usual, many of our industry vendors showed up "BIG TIME" in support of our guild for this event.

1. There are still two seats left for the ropes course in Bedford County on 6-25 through 6-26.

2. WE WILL BE UPDATING OUR WEBSITE IN THE COMING WEEKS, and the cutoff to get your info added/ updated is July 1st! (We will do what we can if you are late, but we cannot promise to get it up before the fall season if you are late. If you are new and/or have not yet formally applied for membership, please provide your company information at our "BECOME A MEMBER" page on our website.

For the past few days, the President, Bill Thornton and at large Director, Ben Holler attended the PA Skills USA conference in Hershey. We were introducing our trade to the high school students. It was a great time!
