Philadelphia today. Your township tomorrow.
Right now, Philadelphia City Council is considering a proposal that would dramatically increase taxes on short-term rentals while largely leaving hotels untouched.

Most Poconos owners will not pay this tax today, but bad policy spreads fast. That is why Poconos VRO is showing up on June 4.

On June 4th, Rebecca will be traveling to Philadelphia to join hosts, advocates, property owners, and industry partners from across the Commonwealth. She will be participating in the rally and providing public testimony opposing this proposal because standing up for our neighbors is the right thing to do.
