NCPG stands in solidarity with the protestors at Delaney Hall. Immigrant activists have been outside Delaney Hall in Newark, NJ in support of the detainees incarcerated inside. The policing of these actions since May 26, has been contentious due to the horrific and substandard conditions inside. Delaney Hall is one of the largest immigration detention centers in the eastern United States and has been a magnet for protests against the crackdown, going back to last year. It holds more than a thousand people, and hundreds are detained there at any given time.
