Good Afternoon,
We were made aware from the Injury Prevention Department of the Stony Brook Children's Hospital that the Town of Brookhaven is seeking community feedback as part of its Vision Zero Action Plan-an important initiative aimed at eliminating traffic related fatalities and serious injuries on our Town-owned roadways by 2045.
As part of this effort, residents are encouraged to complete a brief survey to help identify hazardous traffic conditions. You can access the survey here (scroll to bottom of page for survey link):

Feedback from families in our school district is extremely valuable and may help highlight high-risk areas affecting children near our schools. D**e Road in East Setauket has already been flagged as a concern in our district. Insights like these can help make improvements that enhance safety for students, staff, and the broader community. We thank the Stony Brook Children's Hospital for making us aware of this resource and their continued partnership.
Thank you for providing your valuable input.
