Take a pause for Paws & Peace 🐾✨

Join us on Tuesday, February 24th for a cozy, calming therapy dog visit featuring CAP Therapy Dogs, plus soothing music, mindful coloring, and space to relax and recharge.

Between 6:00-7:00pm next Tuesday, Come pet some pups, slow your breath, and find a little peace in your day 💛

All are welcome—bring a friend and your comfy vibes!

Calling all alumni! It’s not too late to sign up for our Drum Circle Event on Tuesday, February 17th from 6:00-7:00pm at the Irish Village in Hyannis🎶

You’ll explore rhythm in a supportive, inclusive space where everyone has a voice. Through guided group drumming, we’ll focus on creativity, communication, and connection while relieving stress and building community. Instruments are provided, and all abilities are welcome, just bring your energy and curiosity!
