A devoted father, respected teacher, and a person who has touched so many lives.
Now, Michael is facing the toughest battle of his life against ALS.
The emotional, physical, and financial burden on him and his family is overwhelming, and we’re asking our community to come together and support one of our own during this incredibly difficult time.
At our Danielle Kirrane Foundation cigar night, we had the honor of recognizing Michael, and now we hope to rally around him the same way he has supported so many others throughout his life.

*In Memory of Ramona Fogelstrom: A Fund for Ethan and Liam*

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Ramona Fogelstrom has passed after a long, courageous fight with cancer. I had the privilege of working alongside Dave, a Captain with the FDNY, and of knowing Ramona. Her strength and determination through it all was nothing short of amazing.

Ramona faced every challenge with resilience and grace, but her greatest joy was always her two boys, Ethan and Liam. More than anything, she wanted to see them grow, learn, and chase their dreams. As Dave and the boys face this unimaginable loss, we want to help carry that dream forward.

Every dollar raised here will go directly into a college savings fund for Ethan and Liam. We can’t ease the pain of losing her, but together we can make sure their future is secured by the love of the community Ramona meant so much to. Any amount is a tribute to Ramona’s life and an investment in the sons she adored.
