ICYMI Film Festival Flashback: Film “My Mama Joe” screened at the Rhode Island Black Film Festival, NAMIC NEXT New England a proud sponsor of the 3-day event hosted by Newport Art Museum, featured the documentary film whose central character is a former community champion living with dementia. The story intersects personal narrative with broader themes of aging, health, and caregiving.
