Our veterinary team is committed to providing compassionate, high quality care to every patient and respectful service to every client. To maintain a safe and professional environment, we have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory or aggressive behavior toward our staff, veterinarians, clients or visitors.

This includes but is not limited to:

▪️Verbal abuse, yelling or intimidation
▪️Threats of any kind
▪️Harassment or discriminatory remarks
▪️Inappropriate or disruptive conduct in person,
by phone, email, text or social media

Clients who engage in such behavior may be asked to leave the premises immediately, have appointments terminated and/or be dismissed from the practice. In situations involving threats or safety concerns, law enforcement may be contacted.
