Prepare for a summer of learning, laughter, and empowerment! The NFB BELL® Academy helps blind and low-vision children boost their Braille skills, build independence, and discover the confidence to live the lives they want.
The NFB of Rhode Island can’t wait to welcome families to Riverside, where your child will make friends, learn new skills, and meet blind mentors who inspire them every day.

Hey folks, today is the day. Grab something to eat at Chelo’s and support the National Federation of the Blind of Rhode Island Mount. Hope Chapter. We appreciate your help with this. Please feel free to share this flyer as well. Thank you. 

Please join our members in supporting the National Federation of the Blind of RI through our upcoming fundraiser at the East Providence Chelo’s!

All day on May 21st, the East Providence Chelo’s located at 911 Warren Avenue will be supporting our organization with a generous donation of 15-20% of all sales associated with our fundraiser. All you have to do is show the flyer below to your server, and NFBRI will receive a donation from your meal. Did we mention the $2.99 margaritas???

Members of the NFBRI Mt. Hope Chapter will be gathering at the restaurant between 5pm - 8pm and we look forward to seeing everyone who turns out to show their support.

Don’t have time for a sit down meal? You can also support our fundraiser by ordering takeout! Just let the restaurant know you are supporting NFBRI when placing your order, and we will receive a donation. You can also help support our fundraiser by simply spreading the word to your friends, family and colleagues!

Great news!! First, a huge thanks to everyone buying, selling, and sharing our fundraiser so far. We’ve already raised nearly $1,000!
