I went to your favorite spot this morning, Melinda. I sat with you by the water. You weren’t physically there but I know you were with me. It’s hard to believe that we’ve now lived 10 years without you. We are all emptier since you’ve gone, even after all this time. The world is still duller - 10 years or 100 years could never replace the light that only you could bring. I’ve thought of you a lot lately and more than ever, those values you lived out every day have become the guiding force in all I do - professionally and personally. Your ability to show us all the way, to give us hope, and to inspire even ten years after you left us is a testament to the extraordinary presence you will always be. We’re thinking of you, Melinda, and we always will be. Thank you 💜
