where parents, teachers and guardians are educated on how to encourage healthy food choices to their bundles of joy at as young as an age as possible providing them a fresh start to life. It has been scientifically proven that if children are introduced to healthy foods at an early age they are much more likely to eat healthy foods when they get older. It is also important for children to grow up

with a natural desire to enjoy vegetables and fruit, understand why these foods are so important and how these healthy food options are the best way to support children’s health. presents the series of No Way Tre books as additional tools to help educate, encourage and support both parents and children to desire a healthy fresh lifestyle.

… A Message from our Frounder💚

In 2016, I was filled with so much joy launching my first book on making healthy choices to leading our 1st summer program in Memphis, TN. Watching the youth at embrace health and wellness was truly rewarding. From working alongside my day 1 & teaching them how to prepare nutritious meals from their school garden to introducing documentaries like Super Size Me to explain the dangers of junk food, it was amazing to witness their transformation.

We worked out daily with Coach Shaun T’s Insanity, and they even created a song called “I Eat Em” to celebrate what they learned! I can’t wait to see what this summer has in store for our Fresh Start Kidz! Cheers to Health & Healing 🥳❤️💚💛
