Carpenter's Local Union 237 We are proudly affiliated with the Mid America Carpenters Regional Council. Welcome to the Carpenter's Local Union #237 page.

The 212 Leadership Training is a specialized course for Journeyman-level members who have already completed the 300 Hitters Program. The training is focused on leadership development, communication, and building a strong union through member involvement.

212 is a 3-day training at ITC in Las Vegas. All travel & accommodations are covered. By submitting your information you will be placed on a contact list. When opportunities arise we will contact you to see if the dates work for you.

The 300 Hitters Program is a specialized leadership and communication training course for Journeyman -level members of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters.

This program is designed to help members strengthen their leadership communication, and interpersonal skills while preparing you to become stronger leaders whitin the union and the workplace.

3day training at ITC in Las Vegas. All travel & accommodations are covered. By submitting your information you will be placed on a contact list. When opportunities arise we will contact you to see if the dates work for you. We anticipate 1-2 opportunities per-year. This program is focused on leadership & mentoring skill training.

đź’° $1,000 scholarships are available through a random drawing for eligible members and their families.
Who can apply?
🔨 Active members in good standing
🔨 Sons, daughters, and stepchildren of active members in good standing
🔨 Applicants must be under age 25 and meet the education requirements outlined in the application.
