FREE EVENT and FITNESS CLASS!

We are thrilled to announce a very special event at New York Fitness and Boxing! On July 31st at 3 PM, we will be hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate our newest partnership with Mondays Cancer Care, a remarkable nonprofit organization dedicated to providing free health, beauty, and wellness services to individuals undergoing cancer treatment.

- Time: 3 PM
- Location: New York Fitness and Boxing, 1976 Jericho Turnpike, East Northport, NY
- Duration: Approximately 2 hours
- Refreshments: Free beverages and hors d’oeuvres will be served.
- Demonstration : FREE Light Weight Training Class

Mondays Cancer Care has recently approved New York Fitness and Boxing as their newest wellness charter. As part of this exciting collaboration, we will offer two free low-intensity weight training classes on the 1st and last Thursday of each month at 10 AM, specifically designed for those bravely fighting cancer.

Mondays Cancer Care works closely with Northwell Health and their partners to support this incredible program, and we are honored to contribute to such a worthy cause.

We encourage all our members to join us for this meaningful event. Your presence and support will make a significant difference. Let’s come together to celebrate and spread the word about this wonderful initiative.

Family and friends, I need your help! New York Fitness and Boxing is hosting a SQUAT contest. This contest is designed to spread awareness for those fighting back Parkinson’s disease. In case you didn’t know, we run a special program called Rock Steady Boxing. Please register your squats using the below QR code.
