I have been picking up on very strong plasmic energies flowing in, resulting in states of confusion, anger, and exhaustion. This is part of our collective journey. Try not to resist what is occurring instead come from a point of Divine neutrality. This helps immensely to detach from external circumstances.

These intense internal changes are transforming us, preparing our hearts and shifting our consciousness. As these energies integrate within us and the planetary grids, we need to be present and hold space for others so they may transcend the lower densities.

Feeling internal buzzing, vibrations, nervousness, and fatigue is normal. Fluids, rest, salt baths and nature help alleviate these symptoms. Do what you can, when you can to help yourself and others heal with Intent, Love, and Grace. This allows new creations to take hold within us and the planet.

This October is a pause, a reality check. So, you may let go of all attachments and distortions. Forgiving those that have rejected you, took you for granted, were ungrateful, and wounded you.

At the same time, forgive yourself for not recognizing boundaries, not speaking up for yourself or knowing when it’s time to walk away.
Forgive yourself for the times you allowed others to take away your power; making you feel small and insignificant. It’s okay, because it’s just an old story that no longer exists, unless you let it.

Focus on the good in your life, and the good in others. Be appreciative and grateful in this now moment. Focus on Love. This increases your Light frequency, which in turn dissolves stuck energies and raises your consciousness.

Now is the time to release. Breaking the chains of the past, freeing you to Live the Life you were meant to. No longer standing in the shadows, but Shining you’re Light for all to see.

Today is the Autumnal Equinox, a day of balance where dark and light are equal. A great reminder to balance your work/play life, too much of either throws one off.

As humans we tend to think, why is it always something, can’t it just be smooth sailing? The truth is whether you’re on this planet or another there will always be something. In every moment we are consistently ascending and descending as a learning process.

By intentionally raising your awareness, the level of consciousness shifts within you. Resulting in a change of perspective which shapes your everyday events. Turning circumstances from burdens to gifts and opportunities.

We can learn the hard way by repeating patterns and feeling frustrated. Or we can learn to use the Universal formulas, and Laws to transform our lives.
Once you learn these principles, nothing moves you, as you come from a deep state of knowing and connection. We came here to master these principles.

The question to ask yourself is, are you the Master of your circumstances? Or do you react and succumb to external challenges that are intended to enlighten you?

Somebody needs to hear this today, whatever you are grieving during this Eclipse; it is coming to the surface to be let go of. Know that it was part of your journey, and it served a purpose. Take the Lesson and the Love with you. Release the hurt and pain. As it is a part of you, Bless it, and absorb it within the Light.

Crying is a natural part of letting go, we release what is no longer our story or truth. It is not a weakness, but strength enabling you to move forward. What you are holding onto is rooted not just from this lifetime, but multiple lifetimes and parallel lives.

These feelings come in waves but once released they leave you feeling light and refreshed, ready to receive the new waiting to enter your life. The illusion is the feeling of not being capable or unable to rise above it. Know that you are worth all the happiness and peace it brings.

As the September passageway unfolds, we are being reminded to stay balanced and heart based. Activations will shift our collective realities enabling those that are a vibrational match to co-create within the new timelines.

This allows you to experience your Creations without the negative attachments of fear, lack, or unworthiness. This is a state of Divine neutrality, absent of the karmic backlash.

You may feel and know that you’re finished with the old realms, that you have completed what you came here for. And whatever you thought you wanted is now being dissolved and upgraded.

Creations within the higher realms come from being in a state of Ecstasy and are Loved into existence. Realities that may have seemed unimaginable are now possible.
Being present = Being in the State of Divine Love.
This is the ascension process, the integrating and merging of Heaven and Earth.
