Healing with Reiki
I am aware of my Wholeness, I am continually healing.

My body is in a continual state of healing. Cell by cell, tissue by tissue, my entire being is rejuvenated. Keeping this truth in mind helps me align my thoughts with wholeness.

Reiki leads me into a peaceful, restful place where I become more aware of the pure life energy flowing through me. Here, I reconnect with my Divine Source and remember my divine nature is wholeness, even when I feel less than healthy. I am an expression of infinite divine life. Life energy flows through me and repairs, replenishes, and renews my mind and body.

I give thanks in advance for positive results as I affirm: I am whole. I am strong. I am free.

Making use of the 3 pillars of Reiki gives you several advantages: they prepare you to give Reiki, increase the flow of Reiki energy, and determine where the client needs Reiki. Engaging the 3 pillars helps ensure that the session is given while one is in a ‘healing’ state.
