Congratulations to our founders, Demetrius and Demetriyone Singleton!

Tonight, they were honored by the East Moline School Board and received the A.R.E. Award, Appreciation, Recognition & Encouragement at the East Moline School District Board Meeting for their years of involvement, service, and dedication to our community. These two are truly amazing men who continue to show up, give back, and make an impact wherever they can. Keep being great, keep being YOU, and keep impacting the community! Congratulations, Demetrius & Demetriyone! You both deserve this recognition and so much more!

It was an amazing event, and we couldn’t have done it without our volunteers, partners, sponsors, and everyone who came out to support us. Seeing our community come together like this is what it’s all about.

🎒 The first round of backpacks have arrived!

We’re making great progress, but we’re still collecting school supplies. If you’d like to help, please check out our school supply list. Every donation, big or small, makes a difference!

Over the past few years, we’ve proudly provided more than 1,000 backpacks filled with school supplies to students in our community. This year, we’re aiming even higher by filling 200 backpacks to help students start the school year prepared and confident.

We’re excited to share that Focus has already reached half the goal by purchasing 100 backpacks along with all the supplies needed to fill them! 🎉

Now we’re challenging our amazing community to help us fill the next 100 backpacks. Every donation, big or small, makes a difference and helps ensure a child has the tools they need to succeed.
