🚨🍻 HELP WANTED! 🍻🚨

No experience necessary. Must be able to smile, have fun, and occasionally point people in the right direction. 😆

Our Beer Bash is right around the corner, and we’re looking for a few volunteers to help keep the good times rolling!

We’re looking for people willing to:
🎟️ Play “Official Ticket Checker Person” at the door
✋ Stamp wrists and hand out wristbands like the VIP coordinator you were born to be
🥤 Roam the crowd with Jell-O shots and instantly become everyone’s favorite person
🎲 Help with raffle games and keep the excitement going
🏕️ Lend a hand at booths and help wherever the chaos… err… fun takes us

The Beer Bash doesn’t happen by magic (although after a few beers it might seem that way 🍺), and we could really use some extra hands to make this event a success.

If you’re willing to help, please send me a message, or find me at the field and pretend you didn’t see this post. I’ll probably ask anyway. 😂

Seriously though, every little bit helps, and we’d greatly appreciate it!

Our pony boys had their first game tonight, they were down 0-7 and they turned the game around for the WIN 8-7 congrats boys! Proud of you guys for fighting through and not giving up! Not everyone is in the picture 😩 not all boys made it to DQ 😭

Hey everyone!

I know a lot of people in here may not be huge drinkers and might wonder why we do a “Beer Bash,” but it’s really intended to be more of a parents’ night out and a fun community event! 🍻⚾️

Yes, your ticket includes free beer, but the night definitely isn’t solely based around drinking. If beer isn’t your thing, the bar will also be open with mixed drinks, pop, and other drinks available — most for under $4 each.

We’ll also have tons of side raffles with chances to win gift cards, baskets, prizes, cash prizes, and more! We’ll have games going throughout the night, music, and a DJ there to keep the good vibes rolling all evening long. 🎶

It really is a great time every year and has become one of everyone’s favorite events. We truly hope to see a lot of familiar faces there! Bring your friends, parents, aunts, uncles — anyone looking to come out, relax, laugh, and have a good time while supporting the kids and our association.

This is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and we appreciate all of the support more than you know! ❤️💙
