We’d like to give a special thank you to Jimmy Joe Savage for capturing these incredible photos of our city coming alive. Seeing our streets filled with families, friends, local businesses, vendors, and visitors is exactly what this event is all about.

We are proud of the momentum building in downtown East Liverpool and excited to continue bringing energy, entertainment, and community together on the first weekend of every month throughout the summer.

Thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, performed, sponsored, and supported this growing tradition. We can’t wait to do it all again next month!

Wow! What a great turnout for this month's First Weekend! Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make it such a fun and successful event. We had an absolute blast and are already looking forward to July!

As we prepare for next month, we wanted to share an important update regarding our July schedule:

✅ First Friday on July 3rd will take place as planned!

❌ We will NOT be holding our Saturday Market on July 4th.

There are plenty of fantastic local festivals, fireworks displays, and community events happening throughout the area on Independence Day, and we encourage everyone to get out and enjoy them with family and friends.

We look forward to welcoming East Liverpool and our surrounding communities back downtown on July 3rd, and we'll resume our full First Weekend schedule, including both Friday and Saturday events, in August and September.

Thank you for your continued support of downtown East Liverpool. We'll see you on July 3rd!

Our first two downtown wayfinding signs have officially been installed!

You’ll find them at:
✅ Market Street & 5th Street
✅ Washington Street & 5th Street

These signs are designed to help residents and visitors navigate downtown while highlighting the businesses that make our community special.

Downtown business owners: If you’d like to advertise your business on one of our wayfinding signs, now is the time! This is a great opportunity to increase visibility and help direct customers right to your door.

📢 Applications Are Now Open!

The Columbiana County Port Authority is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for our Downtown Building Renovation and Signage Programs.

These programs are designed to support eligible downtown commercial property owners and businesses by providing assistance for building improvements and signage projects that strength of our downtown business districts throughout Columbiana County.

Eligible renovation projects must involve a vacant storefront located within one of Columbiana County’s seven walkable downtown areas.
