Dear Whitehills School Families,

The Whitehills School Association (WSA) will hold a Special Membership Meeting on Monday, June 1, at 7:00 PM in the Whitehills library for the purpose of electing officers for the upcoming school year.

The following individuals have accepted nominations for office:
• President: Veronica Flores
• Vice President: Kim Schmitten
• Vice President: Sharon Davis
• Treasurer: Kelly Dietzel
• Secretary: Marysia DeShone

Because there are two candidates for one Vice President position, the WSA bylaws require that the position be decided by a paper ballot vote conducted in person at the meeting.

Prior to voting, each Vice President candidate will have an opportunity to briefly share why they are seeking the position. Following the paper ballot vote, the membership will vote to approve the complete slate of officers as outlined in the bylaws.
To support a fair and transparent process, an unbiased individual will be present to assist with counting ballots.

We encourage all WSA members (all parents and guardians of Whitehills students are automatically members) to attend and participate in this important meeting. Your involvement helps ensure that the WSA continues to represent and support the Whitehills School community.

Our final WSA meeting of the year is tonight in the Whitehills library from 6:00-7:00pm. We will be electing next year's officers, so please join us if you are interested in being on the board!

If you didn't get a chance to pre-order a wristband for the carnival, they will be available at the door tomorrow for $25. Wristbands come with concessions and raffle tickets and include all activities. You can also purchase additional raffle and concessions tickets at the entrance.

We are excited to see everyone tomorrow for what is sure to be a memorable night of fun for our students!

We hope you and your family had a wonderful and restful Spring Break! As we head back into routine, we wanted to send a quick reminder about our Carnival happening NEXT WEEK! The kids are SO excited.

Please remember that the price does go up the night of the event, so try and pre purchase beforehand. The students who purchase by Thursday, April 16th by 10 am will have their wristbands come home in an envelope that day.
