On behalf of the Michigan State University International Relations Organization (IRO), we would like to inform you of our Alumni Conference Scholarship initiative. This program is designed to help connect alumni with current IRO members and make going on conference more accessible to all members. This previous academic year, our members reported financial constraints as their top barrier to going on a conference. With your help, we hope to reduce the financial burden to our members and give more students the IRO conference experience. For a $25-$150 contribution, you can establish a scholarship to help an IRO member have their own conference experience. Each donor is encouraged to set their own criteria and conditions for the scholarship, including an application if you wish. If that does not interest you, E-board can decide which member will receive the scholarship according to your criteria, or you can simply make a donation outside of our scholarship program and still be recognized. IRO is extremely fortunate to have an expansive alumni network, and we thank you for your continued dedication to our organization. Even if you don't feel prepared to make a large donation, any amount helps the club accomplish our goals of providing as many delegates as possible with these opportunities at the lowest possible cost.
