That’s right — the appreciation train is still rolling! 🚆‼️

Today, NPWN is proud to give flowers to another beautiful Black Businesswoman who is blazing trails, breaking barriers, and serving her community with purpose.

It is an honor to recognize Ms. Shanelle White, founder of Ameris Aesthetics, as our Outstanding Black Woman in Business for the month of May. 👑

Shanelle is a licensed esthetician, Certified Oncology Skin Specialist, mental health advocate, Brand Ambassador for Black Girl Vitamins, and a true self-care guru. Through corrective skincare, holistic healing, and intentional self-care, she creates an experience where her clients feel seen, restored, empowered, and treated like royalty.

Known as a “soul care esthetician,” Shanelle goes beyond skincare. She nurtures the skin, spirit, confidence, and emotional well-being of every client she serves. Her heart for community is just as powerful, as she volunteers her gifts to support cancer patients, survivors, and women impacted by domestic violence.

Shanelle, we celebrate your vision, your heart, your excellent service, and your dedication to helping others heal from the inside out. You are the essence of Black Excellence, and your impact is truly immeasurable.

NPWN salutes you! 🫡 Join me in celebrating this Queen! 👑

That’s right — the appreciation train is still rolling 🚆‼️

It is with great pride that we give some beautiful ladies in our community their flowers while we still have the opportunity to show them the love they so richly deserve. It’s a beautiful day to be a Black businesswoman.

NPWN is proud to bestow admiration and appreciation on the dynamic women who are blazing trails and breaking glass ceilings for us all.

It is our mission to provide and promote positive images and healthy narratives of Black women. It is truly an honor to recognize a dynamic Black businesswoman whose perseverance, resilience, and impact speak volumes.

The National Professional Women’s Network is proud to present our Outstanding Black Woman in Business for the month of April.

We cannot continue to celebrate excellence, impact, and purpose-driven leadership without honoring this phenomenal woman right here. She is incredibly talented and truly making a difference where it matters most.

Ladies and gentlemen, allow me to present to you Ms. Brandi Allaway.

Brandi Allaway is the Founder and CEO of B.Creativ For Kids, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established in 2024 with a heart-centered mission to serve children in foster care. What began as a vision rooted in compassion has blossomed into a powerful movement of love, recognition, and intentional care.

Through B.Creativ For Kids, Brandi ensures that children navigating trauma and instability are not overlooked, but instead celebrated. By providing personalized birthday cakes, she creates meaningful moments that remind each child that they are seen, valued, and deeply loved. Through strategic partnerships with organizations such as Bethany Christian Services and Samaritas, her organization delivers more than 100 custom birthday cakes each year — each one carrying a message of dignity, belonging, and hope.

At its core, B.Creativ For Kids is about more than cake — it is about connection. It is about restoring joy. It is about creating safe, affirming experiences that support emotional well-being and positive mental health outcomes for children who need it most.

Brandi’s work is rooted in purpose and driven by a commitment to equity, inclusion, and advocacy for children disproportionately impacted by systemic inequities. She is not just serving — she is shifting narratives and building a legacy of compassion and care.

Her words say it best:
“Every child deserves to be celebrated, seen, and reminded they matter.”

Through her work, she is making sure that message is not just spoken — but experienced.

We are elated to be celebrating Black businesswomen all year long, and this woman is the very essence of Black Excellence.

Brandi, we celebrate you.
Your vision, your heart, and your dedication are inspiring, and your impact is immeasurable. Thank you for showing us what it truly means to lead with purpose. We salute you for your excellent service, integrity, and your many positive contributions to the community. 🫡
