The Climate Reality Campus Corps at MSU The Climate Reality Project's 100% Committed Campaign is dedicated to shifting awareness of climate change into urgent action by students at MSU

We know that climate change is one of the greatest challenges the planet’s ever faced. From increasingly extreme weather to rising sea levels, North Carolina is on the front lines when it comes to experiencing the consequences of climate change. This December, world leaders are meeting at the UN climate talks in Paris to create a global agreement to cut the greenhouse gas emissions that are drivin

g climate change. There’s a lot at stake, and this deal will only be successful if the US leads the way for other countries to follow. We need to demand that President Obama and other world leaders take climate action now by committing to a strong agreement in Paris to create a clean-energy future for the world. We are doing this by gathering the support of millions of students across more than 50 college campuses to show President Obama that he should be a leader on climate action. This campaign involves gathering petition signatures and photo petitions from students, holding major visibility events on campuses, and educating students on the urgency of the issue.

Good morning everyone! It's Wednesday! Today we are going to do a little challenge! Since October is energy awareness month, we would like everyone to post one thing that they do everyday to cut down on energy usage in the comments below. Also tell us one thing that bothers you about our current energy situation and what you are doing to make a difference! Please share with any of your friends and try to get them to participate as well! The challenge will end next Monday. The person who comes up with the most creative idea and the person who shares it the most gets a prize at the next meeting! Good luck!
