A few of our board members spent Saturday at the Halter Shooting Sports Education Center in Hillsdale to prepare for our upcoming Spring Instructor Workshop, May 2nd and 3rd. We enjoyed a grand tour of this state-of-the-art facility and can't wait to invite you all to join us here for the workshop! Here are a few things we wanted to highlight:
- The Halter Cottages offer convenient, first‑class lodging right on-site, giving you easy access to classrooms, ranges, the AcuSport Grille, and more. We urge you to take advantage of the opportunity to park once when you arrive and enjoy being at the center of the action all weekend. Each cottage includes four rooms with private exterior entrances and private bathrooms. There is a second secure door from each room to the shared living area. Reservation details are in the registration link below, and the first photos shown here feature the cottages.
- We have plenty of room for all 7 of our disciplines to have their own space for classes, from the indoor rifle and pistol range in the Ni**od Complex, to the muzzleloading, and archery ranges with their own indoor class spaces. The Ni**od Complex offers a few exciting perks, including the opportunity to try out high-tech electronic target systems and an outdoor .22 range with a retractable target set-up.
