I'm so excited to be coming back this summer for the family reunion on August 8th!
One stop that is definitely on my list - Lemon Ice King of Corona.
I have so many great memories of coming here with family when I was a kid. If we were anywhere near the neighborhood, we had to stop. Some traditions are just non-negotiable!
And can we talk about that flavor list? It looks exactly the same as it did 40 years ago! Seeing that iconic sign brings back so many memories.
No Italian ice has ever compared. My favorite was always the cherry ice with the little bits of cherry in it. And you had to get it in the classic white squeezable cup that would inevitably drip down your arm all the way to your elbow, leaving you sticky and happy at the same time.
The best.
