✅ Keep learning — and let them see you learning. Whether it’s reading, taking a course, or asking for help, your growth gives them permission to grow, too.

✅ Make room for rest. A burned-out parent can’t pour from an empty cup. You matter, too.

✅ Pray together. Talk together. Laugh together.
These are the moments they’ll remember — not the mess or the missed deadlines.
