It's purpose is to provide social, cultural, economic, technological, legal and other benefits for members and future generations of Ghanaian Americans.

Ghanaian American Community (GAC) Presents:

Virtual Cultural Contest

As part of GAC’s obligation in honoring mother Ghana on her birthday month, we are urging all Ghanaians across Connecticut, regardless of their age, gender or tribe to do one of the following:

*Dress in your traditional outfits of choice

*Dance to a Ghanaian song

*Recite the pledge, anthem, sing a local patriotic song

*Speak about a tribe or write and say a poem of their own about Ghana, to contest for the awards below.

To participate, you must be of Ghanaian descent by birth, lineage or family connection and reside in CT.

Simply make a video(not longer than 5min) with phone or any decent camera( make sure it’s clear enough) and send to our page or WhatsApp in the link provided on the flyer above.
