To the mothers walking beside their children through illness, treatments, hospital stays, and uncertainty, your courage is extraordinary. Your love is powerful, steady, and inspiring. To the moms carrying joy, grief, hope, exhaustion, and unconditional love all at once, today is for you.

Today, on Bereaved Mother’s Day, we hold space for the mothers whose arms ache for the children they carry in their hearts. 💛🩷

Motherhood doesn’t end when a child is gone. It changes. It deepens. It becomes a quiet, enduring love that lives in memories, in moments, and in the way we continue to speak their names.

🚨Johnny’s Closet – Current Needs Update 🚨

The shelves of Johnny's Closet at the Atlantic Health Goryeb Children's Hospital need a little extra love right now, and we’re reaching out to our amazing community for support.

Current needs:

- Boys clothing in sizes Large, XL, and XXL (including boxers)
- Men’s clothing and boxers in all sizes

There are several easy ways to donate, all listed in the link below to our Johnny’s Closet page. At the bottom of the page, you’ll find buttons that take you directly to the boys’ and men’s Amazon Wishlist sections. When selecting items, please be sure to choose the specific sizes requested above. All items purchased through those links will ship directly to Gayle Kinney, where they will be packaged and delivered during our weekly drop-offs to Goryeb Children’s Hospital.

Prefer to shop on your own? You’re more than welcome to purchase items and mail them to the address listed in the link. If you’re local, feel free to DM us or reach out to a board member to coordinate a pickup/drop-off.

Easter reminds us that even after the darkest moments, light finds its way back in. It’s a season of new beginnings, of faith, and of holding our loved ones a little closer.

At JKMF, we carry Johnny’s light with us in everything we do, spreading love, comfort, and support to families who need it most. Because of all of you, that light continues to shine brighter than ever.
