Last weekend, Latitude 49 and our five composers completed their 10-day Composers + Musicians Collaborative Residency with two concerts, one at I-Park and the other at Merkin Hall in NYC. We also worked in a day-long recording session. Every seat in Studio B was taken and at Merkin, we had just shy of 200 attendees. We were so pleased with this level of enthusiasm for the five premiered New Music compositions!

Please join us in welcoming Latitude 49 and composers Gemma Peacocke, David Crowell, Peter Fahey, Cole Reyes and Max Vinetz to I‑Park. Rehearsals and workshops are underway, and the music is already evolving—refined and reimagined in real time through candid dialogue and artistic risk‑taking.

Meet artist Roberto Scalmana at the Netherlands Exhibition this Saturday, August 8.

Experience his sculpture, Homage to the beauty of history (2025), and watch his creative process unfold as he works on site.

Afterward, enjoy a self‑guided wander through the Netherlands: memory‑inspired installations, winding forest trails, and quiet garden spaces that make this walk both peaceful and deeply inspiring. Docent‑led guided walks are also available for guests seeking an enhanced experience.

All ticket proceeds support I‑Park’s international, non‑profit artists‑in‑residence program.

Meet visual artist Emanuela Camacci at Open Studios TODAY at 2:00 PM!

Meet Manu in her studio, and then visit her site-responsive installation on the I-Park grounds. Today’s event also features a live performance in Studio B, a reading, refreshments and plenty of great conversation with our artists‑in‑residence.
