Mark your calendars now for a refreshed Relay USA to be hosted on Facebook Live on April 25! Given the new digital fundraising landscape, Relay USA presents an exciting opportunity to engage ALL Relayers across the nation in a virtual, socially driven experience. We know the power of purple and this experience will provide Relayers the chance to be a part of something meaningful in a new way. And you don’t have to be registered for Relay USA event – it is for everyone!



While details are still being finalized, the Relay USA workgroup is putting together an exciting broadcast for Relayers to stream, participate in and fundraise during the interactive Facebook Live event. The stream will also be accessible via Instagram and YouTube and will feature the traditional elements of Relay we love – opening ceremony, survivor lap, caregiver recognition and a luminaria ceremony – in an all-virtual experience.



While COVID has brought uncertainty to our events across the nation, Relay USA presents a new and unique way for us to stand together even when we are apart. Stay tuned for more information & Happy Tuesday!

Since our last meeting, someone important to me learned that his wife had cancer, underwent surgery, learned that it was worse than initially thought, and started the waiting game to learn the extent.

Tuesday, November 5th at 6:00pm is our next meeting at St Mark's church in Pennsburg. Please join us and help us plan our 2020 event.

Also, remember, whomever brings the most new people will win a special prize.

Hope you all had a wonderful summer!

We are asking all Upper Bux Mont Relayers and those that are curious/interested to return to the scene of our event to recount our successful 2019 campaign and start thinking about Relay for Life 2020.

Let's get together and celebrate what was an impressive fundraising year, enjoy a potluck dinner at the park, and get the ball rolling for our 2020 campaign. We already had a pre-meeting and bounced around some thoughts and ideas... But we want to hear all of your thoughts.

Tuesday Sept 10th 5pm - 7pm at Camelot Park
