🦁💙💛 **White Cane Days – Thank You for Your Generosity!** 🦯

The **East Penn Hill Lioness Lions Club** proudly participated in Lions Week of Service by collecting donations for White Cane Days outside **Tosco's Brick-Oven Pizza & Restaurant and ** Pizza Como & PC Pub on Friday evening and Saturday.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we raised a total of **$604.51!** 🎉

A heartfelt thank-you to PC Como and Tosco’s Brick Oven Pizza for supporting our efforts, to everyone who generously donated, and to our dedicated Lions members who volunteered their time.

Your kindness helps us continue our mission of supporting vision-related causes and making a difference in our community!

Come visit us at Tosco's and PC Pub until 7 tonight to help us raise money as part of White Cane Day. White Cane Days increase awareness about the white Cane that signifies that a pedestrian using it is blind or visually impaired and to recognize the independence and confidence for someone who uses them! :)

All proceeds go to vision related causes!

The East Penn Hill Lioness Lions Club extends a huge **THANK YOU** to ** Tosco's Brick-Oven Pizza & Restaurant in Pennsburg, Mario's Cafe & Pizzeria in East Greenville, and Tribe Nutrition in Pennsburg ** for their generous donations supporting our **First Monday Meal at New Goshenhoppen Church**.

Your generosity helped us provide a warm meal to members of our community and is a wonderful example of local businesses giving back and neighbors helping neighbors.

Last month we had the great honor to dedicate a bench to Mary Bonar, a truly remarkable member of the club and an essential community member! From Treats from Santa, to organizing donations and clean-up efforts for the Open Link, to helping lead the First Monday Meals and supporting First Fridays in our community—Mary’s work has made a real difference in people’s lives.
In addition to her many service contributions, Mary also served our club as secretary, a role she carried out with great care and commitment. She kept us organized, informed, and connected, ensuring that the work we did as a group could continue to grow and succeed. Her attention to detail and sense of responsibility were a quiet but essential part of everything we accomplished!
