❤️ WE HAVEN’T FORGOTTEN OUR FLOOD VICTIMS. ❤️

We want everyone to know that our local flood victims have not been forgotten, and we haven’t gone anywhere. We simply wanted to give families some time and space to figure out what they truly needed without asking them every day, “What do you need?”

At this point, cleaning supplies and clothing don’t seem to be the biggest needs anymore. Today (Sunday), we stopped and talked with several families and asked a different question:

“What do you need the MOST right now?”

The answers were things like heating sources, hot water tanks, drywall and funds to purchase building supplies, rental deposits, and other necessities to help families begin putting their lives back together.

Unfortunately, these are also some of the most expensive needs.

We wish we could simply replace everything that was lost and help every single family affected. We truly do. But the reality is, we can’t do it all — so we will prioritize the needs we are able to help with and make every dollar count.

❤️ And we’re going to keep trying.

To help raise funds for these larger needs, The Zack Smith Foundation will be having another BOURBON RAFFLE! Proceeds will go toward providing assistance with things such as heating, hot water, rental deposits, building supplies, and other critical needs identified by local flood victims.

🥃 RAFFLE WILL BE POSTED LATER TODAY! 🥃

We also want to take a moment to say a very heartfelt THANK YOU to the Poorman Family and Monogram Homes for their incredibly generous donations to help local families affected by the flooding. Your kindness means more than you know. ❤️

This is not over. We’re still here. We’re still listening. And we’re still going to help wherever we can.

❤️ Together, we can make a difference.
