NYCD GALEA was proud to participate and march in the Guyana Independence Day Parade in Brooklyn, celebrating 60 years of Guyanese pride, culture, and independence.

We were honored to stand alongside community leaders, organizations, and residents as we celebrated the rich heritage and contributions of the Guyanese community. Thank you to everyone who came out to support this wonderful event and helped make the day a success.

The NYCD GALEA Executive Board would like to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to all of our members, supporters, and partners who participated in and contributed to our international outreach effort in Antigua.

Through your generosity and support, we were able to donate essential items and host a special luncheon for the young ladies at the Sunshine Home for Girls
