Lancaster County CIH Lancaster County CIH is a program with Christmas International House, a Christian ministry to international students. Lancaster County CIH is sponsored by St.

John Center Lutheran Church in East Earl, Pennsylvania. Through the gifts of friendship and hospitality, local congregations and organizations host international students and scholars in their communities during the Christmas holiday. This ministry touches the lives of future leaders of their countries while they are in our midst. Over a half million international students, from 180 countries, attend American colleges and universities each year.
