We're sorry to announce that the last of the original members of the East Dubuque Drum and Bugle Corps has Passed away. Mr. Leroy "Buzz" Risley was a high school student when he joined the newly formed Corps. Many of his friends had older brothers who were veterans, members of the V.F.W. and were forming the group which started marching in 1948. Thank you Buzz, God Bless you and all the original members who got the Drum Corps started.
