A huge thank you to our incredible operations & maintenance teams at Turnpike Maintenance District 10 in Secaucus! 👏

The NJTA Executive Team recently visited the facility near Exit 16W by MetLife Stadium to recognize the hard work that kept our roadways running all winter long — and to see firsthand the preparations underway for the FIFA World Cup. ⚽❄️🚧

On International Workers Memorial Day, we honor the memories of the 16 employees who lost their lives over the past 75 years while working on the New Jersey Turnpike or Garden State Parkway. Each one is represented by a star on the memorial wall in the lobby of our headquarters in Woodbridge. Today, and every day, we work to make sure we never need to add a 17th star to that wall. Rest in peace, colleagues.

Our hearts are heavy today as we share our deepest sympathy with the Mullins family following the loss of Billy. A longtime Local 194 board member, Billy gave so much of himself to the Turnpike, to this union, and to the people within it. His impact reached far beyond his title, leaving a lasting difference in the lives of everyone who knew him. We mourn alongside his family and honor the legacy he leaves behind.

Please keep the Mullins family in your thoughts, and if you are able, consider contributing to help ease their burden during this difficult time.
